G.O.A.T. – the nickname any athlete would like to be called. No, the acronym has nothing to do with the grass-eating mammal. G.O.A.T means “Greatest of All-Time.” Again, any professional athlete aspires to achieve the right to be called G.O.A.T. Who doesn’t? Even being in the discussions of who’s the greatest in their respective sport is an honor, what more being hailed as one. Once the whole world unanimously agrees on who is the greatest in said sport, it would take decades to be replaced off that spot. It might not even happen. In the National Football League, who’s the G.O.A.T.? Who would you bet your Madden Mobile Coins on and defend your pick?
Madden Mobile Coins: Tom Brady, G.O.A.T.?
After winning his 5th Super Bowl Championship, there’s no denying that Tom Brady is the G.O.A.T. in American Football history. Unfortunately, some don’t agree and even Tom Brady doesn’t want to be called the greatest of all time.
I wonder to myself, one works so hard to get the success to deserve the moniker and when people declare him as the greatest, just to deny it? I sometimes don’t get it. That’s how Tom Brady is though. He keeps himself humble and doesn’t want to get all the credit. He said, “I know myself as a player. I’m really a product of what I’ve been around, who I was coached by, what I played against, in the era I played in. I really believe if a lot of people were in my shoes they could accomplish the same kinds of things. So I’ve been very fortunate. … I don’t ever want to be the weak link.”
I get what he is saying but Tom Brady definitely deserves the title. A five-time Super Bowl champion, four-time Super Bowl MVP and two-time MVP, even Tom Brady cannot deny Tom Brady of the title. But yeah, I get staying humble so that he can chase another championship and keep himself hungry for that 6th.
